Delivery and returns

1. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are sent on the next working day.

Every order is sent with tracking, and you'll receive an email with your tracking details once it has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates from our courier and can occasionally be longer, particularly in busy periods or for some remote areas, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, and the Channel Islands.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to sleep better with Sova Drift. If you're not happy with it for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

• You can return your Sova Drift even if you have used it. Trying it for a few nights is exactly what the guarantee is for.
• Please return the complete product: both earbuds, the charging case, the USB-C cable and all ear tips and wings. Please include the original box where possible.
• If anything is missing, or the product has damage beyond normal use, we may reduce your refund to reflect this.
• Accessories, such as ear tips and cables, are covered by the same 30-day guarantee.

3. How to return an item

• Step 1: email us at info@sovasleep.io with your order number and let us know you'd like to return your order.
• Step 2: we'll reply with your returns address and instructions. Please don't send items back before hearing from us, as we can't accept returns sent to our registered office address.
• Step 3: pack the item securely and post it to the address we give you.

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is paid by you. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we can't be responsible for returns that are lost on the way back to us.

If your item is faulty, we will cover the return postage. See section 5.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. We usually process refunds within 5 working days, and always within 14 days of receiving your return.

• Refunds are made to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear in your account.
• We refund the price of the product and the cost of standard delivery.
• If you chose express delivery, we refund the cost of standard delivery but not the extra £4.95 express charge.
• The cost of return postage is not refunded, unless the item was faulty.

5. 12-month warranty

Sova Drift comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. If your product develops a fault through normal use within 12 months, we'll send you a replacement unit free of charge, including the cost of any return postage. If a replacement isn't available, we'll offer you a refund instead.

The warranty does not cover:

• accidental damage, such as drops, crushing or liquid damage
• loss or theft
• damage caused by misuse, or by repairs or modifications not carried out by us
• normal wear and tear of ear tips and wings, which are replaceable accessories

To make a warranty claim, email info@sovasleep.io with your order number, a short description of the problem and, if possible, a photo or short video showing the fault.

6. Damaged, missing or lost orders

• Damaged or missing items: please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
• Order not arrived: if your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch for standard delivery, or 2 working days for express delivery, please contact us. We'll check with our courier and, if your parcel is lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.

7. Your legal rights

Our money-back guarantee and warranty are in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, and do not affect them.

• Right to cancel: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
• Faulty goods: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

8. Orders placed on Amazon

If you bought Sova Drift through Amazon, please arrange your return through your Amazon account, following Amazon's returns policy. Our 12-month warranty still applies, so contact us if your product develops a fault.
